MUST calls for action on the treatment of away fans in Europe

Following the horrendous experience for our travelling fans in Istanbul last November we asked for feedback from those who were there and had over 100 responses. We’ve turned that into a report that we have sent to Football Supporters Europe who are now using their engagement channels with UEFA to escalate it. 

Subsequently we undertook a further survey covering all of our Euro away matches over the last three seasons. That survey has had over 1000 responses (we are grateful to the club for sharing both surveys). In addition to reporting that data to the national Football Policing Unit to input to their own report on the treatment of English fans that has just been released, we have produced our own survey report. Both reports confirm the best and worst of safety and security across European cities and countries.
