Our mission is to represent the interests of United fans whose continued passionate support is pivotal to the success of our team and to preserve the heritage of our club for future generations Through our collective community, fans can have the meaningful influence at club and national level that they desire and deserve.

• Consult regularly with our match-going fanbase
• Engage in regular constructive dialogue with senior club executives (in particular on ticket prices, access to matches and stadium development)
• Work collaboratively with National Supporter bodies, other club Supporters Trusts and fan Groups on common supporter goals
• Lead and support to national campaigns on supporter interests
• Engage with national football authorities (Premier League, the FA and the English Football League (EFL), other national bodies, politicians and government as needed
• Assist our supporters with match related needs including access to tickets and travel
• Provide advice and support to members who experience a match-going issue (including access to legal support if necessary)

• Provide regular news, information and advice through our website and other social media
• Provide quality reports and blogs offering a fan perspective on United
• Link and collaborate with United fanzines, and other fan groups
• Create and support communities within the stadium, across Manchester and other cities, and internationally
• Organise and facilitate events (including screenings) and meetings to bring United supporters together
• Provide or facilitate services and products to enhance the United experience
• Promoting and supporting projects in the local (Old Trafford) community.

• Develop the opportunity for United supporters to acquire a collective shareholding and explore the level of interest from supporters and the club/owners
• Work with national supporter organisations to lobby national football authorities and government to address football governance legislation to deliver better for supporters
• Engage in current and future government sponsored reviews and consultations relating to supporter ownership and representation

• Reduction of 25% on ticket prices for home League Cup and Europa League matches
• A progressive Increase in youth season ticket discounts between age 16 & 21
• Removal of administrative charges for cup tickets and away match tickets
• Youth tickets made available in more areas of stadium rather than only Family Stand and NT3
• Moderating club sanctions on supporter behaviour
• Secured Club support for future implementation of Safe Standing
• Negotiating changes to the process of allocating away tickets (typically 200% over-subscribed) to balance loyalty with new demand
• Working with club to improve our away allocations where other clubs seek to reduce them
• Established a dialogue with the club on opportunities to modernise the stadium with a particular focus on improved atmosphere
• Lobbied the club to oppose unfair prices initially imposed by Sevilla for our Champions League match - their subsequent actions have resulted in a much lower and fair price
• Set up the match day Foodbank partnership

• From 2014, Premier League funding to reward the loyalty and subsidise the costs of our away match supporters (United provided a £5 per match discount)
• From the start of 2016/17 season a £30 cap on all away ticket prices (a saving of up to £30 on previous prices at Arsenal & Chelsea)
• (Limited) acknowledgement of the problems that away supporters face from fixture schedules - including the reversal of SKY plans to schedule matches on Christmas Eve this year
• Lobbying of the Premier League to consider the future introduction of safe standing sections
• Introduction of a mandatory process of Structured Dialogue between club executives and supporter groups

• Establish and develop the new dedicated MUST Suppprter Liaison Officer (SLO) service for match-going members
• Launch and support the new Match Going Membership initiative
• Establish a community screenings and events programme
• Establish a dialogue with Club on stadium redevelopment
• Consult with our away match-going supporters on the case for further review of away ticket allocation policy
• Engage with the club, other fan groups and supporters to identify opportunities to address match atmosphere
• Further develop our new website based on user feedback, including improved regular news and information content
• Consult with our increased new membership base on any key emerging issues and a undertake full opinion survey at the end of the season
• Develop our charitable activity to support the local (Stretford) community and other causes

• Continue our collaborative input to national campaign on Safe Standing
• Provide a collective supporter perspective on the 2019-22 TV Deal (focussing on the impact of potential new live match schedules)
• Pursuing European away match issues with UEFA through our partnership with Fans Europe
• Campaign alongside other supporter groups across Europe for changes to UEFA regulations to prevent any further exploitation of away supporter ticket prices
